How to Block Facebook App Invites From Friends

[Disable or Block App Invites] Facebook has number of apps that we can use. Specially some friends of your and mine use some apps too much. As these apps make users to send request to their friends, we can a lot of app request on Facebook. Why don't just check the number beside the App option in your Facebook? Is it 20+..? I get frustated with these apps as I don't use them but I get request from friends continuously. Applications are made is such a ways so that they can access your Facebook profile information as well as to send friend request to your selected friends or to the whole Facebook friend list.

Blocking Facebook app invites is quite easy if you just know the settings. Normally, we have 3 or 4 friends using such apps, so we need to block app invites from those friends. However, one thing to be kept in mind, It will not block your friend. It will just block any application request to you on Facebook.

Block Facebook App Invites

Here is a simple step by step method to block or disable the app invites on Facebook:-

1. Log in to your Facebook Account.
2. Go to Your Privacy Settings.
3. Last option "Block People and Apps" - From here we manage all type of blocks.
4. Click on Manage Blocks in front of it.
5. You will see a lot of options on the next screen.
6. There is an option " Block App Invites".
7. Type the name of friend who normally sent you a lot of app request. If you have more than one type their name one by one.
8. Once you type you can see their name below.
9. Now you will not get any type of app invites from them.

If you want to unblock app invite request from your friends. Just click on the unblock option in front of your friends name. This will enable your friends to send you application invites on Facebook. Well, I have 2-3 friends on my list. They use a lot of apps and I don't use or like those apps.
